You and I never discussed this before and I still have no idea what you're trying to say.

To me and many other users before me, the thread title and opening post imply that Saudi Arabia has accused Ansarallah of targeting Mecca with ballistic missiles. If you say that's not what Saudi authorities are suggesting, then please explain what exactly they mean. I can't do mind reading.

Actually no, Mecca and Medina belongs to every ummati of Rasool Allah, if the Caliphate or reunification of Ummah ever happen, every Muslim whether from Pakistan, India , Bangladesh or Africa they all have the right to travel, and look towards the capitals of the State. So yes, today Mecca and Madina comes under KSA but don't forget borders change.

Not talking about Hajj, Mecca and Medina not only belong to ummat of Rasool Allah but also if a global Caliphate ever rebuild with Medina as capital then they (KSA) have no right to stop any Muslim from coming in or out.
