It's 40.9% for Bharat and 35% for Pakistan.On top of that Bharat is free data being provided by JIO,which contributes a lot in this number.
As per people like you Bharat is rich and every Bharati lives a life of Raja while Pakistan is dirt poor.Tell me why it's just 5% more than a poor state,which is in war like sitution for 2 decades as compared to peaceful rich Bharat?

There is no free data given by anyone.
It's just that we get 1.5 GB data daily which is high speed and slow speed unlimited with all the out going calls free for 169 rupees a month
