The United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) on Saturday inscribed the Sassanid Archaeological Landscape in Fars Province on its World Heritage list, increasing the number of Iranian sites to 23.
The World Heritage Committee, which has started its meetings in the Bahraini capital of Manama since 24 June, inscribed four cultural sites on the World Heritage List including the Sassanid landscape.
The Sassanid Archaeological Landscape includes eight archaeological sites situated in three geographical parts in the southeast of Fars Province: Firuzabad, Bishapur and Sarvestan.

These fortified structures, palaces, and city plans date back to the earliest and latest times of the Sassanid Empire, which stretched across the region from 224 to 658 CE.

Among these sites is the capital built by the founder of the dynasty, Ardashir Papakan, as well as a city and architectural structure of his successor, Shapur I.
The archaeological landscape reflects the optimized utilization of natural topography and bears witness to the influence of Achaemenid and Parthian cultural traditions and of Roman art, which had a significant impact on the architecture and artistic styles of the Islamic era.

This dome design brought dome in Muslim mosques ..

Sassanians were a bunch of kaffirs, And this fake "Archaeological Landscape" was created by the Jews to trick Iranians and undermine the rule of Islam in Islamic Republic of Iran. This "Landscape" should be blown up to pieces not to be inscribed on UNESCO World Heritage List.

Nothing can ever undermine rule of Islam in Persia. It is simply the start of enlightenment. Pre-Islamic Persians were complete barbarians.

You should move to Salafi Arabia with the rest of savage illiterates. Pre islam Iranians built Ghannat Gonabad. The genius architectural engineers constructed the tombs, domes, arches, and barrel vaults of the Achaemenid, Parthian and Sasanian Empires . You can sit with the rest of Bedouins and boast about the lizard barbecue.

Yes off course. You must live in Disney land and not Iran.
