I (Lahori, Amrisari, Jalandhari, Faisalabadi) am your boss and you should know it that I am "superior" to you guys because what you speak are "distorted dialects" of my Lahori/Amritsari/Jalandhari language

If this mindset has something to do with Nawaz Sharif rule as he was Amritsari and ruled Punjab for such a long time

I have generally noticed that people whose families migrated from indian punjab (Armirtsar, Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur, Ludhiana) in 1947 tend to be very clever and shrewd people compared to our native indigenous people even in Gujranwala, their approach to life is very different than the local people, they are more "open-minded" compared to us. I often feel that our own indigenous people even in my city which is in eastern part of pakistani punjab are not as clever as the migrant families that I see in my neighborhood around us. Just look at Sikhs from indian punjab and how they are spread all over the world doing every kind of businesses (once I heard a joke in stage drama that "Sikh, khota tay Alu duniya che har jaga mil janday nay"), I see the same outlook even in the muslim migrant families from indian punjab, they are just too active compared to us indigenous ones who don't really care much about materialist things as them. Same applies to politics, the likes of Nawaz Sahrif and all the Ranas of PMLN have been dominating the political sphere of Punjab compared to indigenous ones. Chaudhry brothers of Gujrat tried to counter them but failed miserably.

For your information even Imran Khan's mother's family were all migrants from Jalandhar where they were settled since Lodhi sultanat's times. I believe whatever cleverness Imran Khan has comes from his mother's side and not from his Niazi father from Mianwali side.

Same applies to politics, the likes of Nawaz Sahrif and all the Ranas of PMLN have been dominating the political sphere of Punjab

Everyone of us knows how active ganja or his loyal donkeys like ranas khawajas etc are he couldn't even win a counclicor elections on his own without general Zias help
I have seen a lot of people here who came from India most of the time I can recognize them from their faces and their language is very strange
I don't find anyone of them very skilled good in sports studies or politics
Some things are just accidental or itafaqi actually these pro Nawaz politicians like khawajas etc were anti bhutto they or their fathers
Like Bhutto killed the father of Khawaja Saad Rafique mother of Ahsan Iqbal was also a politician and very close to Zia
This is how these people came in to power
And all of these politicians close to Nawaz are from urban areas politics needs money and they have money that's why they were winning
Gujrati chauhdry are also na ehl like ganjas came into power only due to Musharraf

For your information even Imran Khan's mother's family were all migrants from Jalandhar where they were settled since Lodhi sultanat's times. I believe whatever cleverness Imran Khan has comes from his mother's side and not from his Niazi father from Mianwali side.

I think Imran Khan mother family settled in east punjab in British raj era, they are Burki from Waziristan originally.

I think the reason is these Indian punjab migrants essentially replaced old hindu/sikh dominant community in cities like Lahore or Faisalabad. They were not particularly bright like hindu/sikh khatris but being in cities allowed them to prosper relatively compared to indigenous muslims of Pakistan punjab who were mostly rural.

Its also quite possible these people maybe biased towards those that came from east punjab, maybe one reason why Zia chose Nawaz.

True it's said prior to 1947 all traders and dukandars were Hindus and muhajirs replaced them even in villages dukandar were Hindus
In jhang city and Mighiana some of the muhajirs are still living in the old houses of Hindus those houses are different from those in rural areas

The fact of the matter is that PMLN has formed very strong poltical base in all urban cities and towns throughout punjab, they know that rural areas "usually" follow the trend of the political developments in their nearest urban centres. For example the rural areas of Gujranwala and Sialkot follow the political trends developing in the urban city areas of Gujranwala and Sialkot where PMLN has very strong base.

Yes in the core they are senseless just like indians but they try to be "clever" and take advantage of the "goodwill" or the indigenous people. The most corrupt, dishonest and abusive people that I come across in Gujranwala tend to have migrant origins from indian punjab. Look most of them got land allotted to them, in which fuk1n world does this happen that migrants are "compensated" for their lost wealth in their newly settled country, I am really not happy that the lands left by Sikhs/hindus on this side were given to the migrants instead of the indigenous people.

What you think about south Punjab province if there is a south Punjab province than PMLN can win in northern Punjab
And they don't have any political base in my area and southern Punjab there isn't anything named PMLN
Closest area where pmln has some following is Sargodha only due to settlers

PMLN also has a strong base in Multan city and to a lower extent also the Bahawalpur city because it has more than 50 % support from the settlers there which form majority in the city area of Multan. I traveled to Multan in 1997 for admission purposes in Multan university, believe me everyone second person I cam across in the city of Multan was an eastern punjabi speakers, I was shocked because I had not anticipated it .

Okay i have only one thing to ask.... Why people mock and insult saraiki infront of them, with no shame whatsoever and treat them as if they are not pakistani, not even muslims or not even human who need to be respected... This kind of attitude will lead to another separatist movement in the long run...

Where did you get this information from no one is insulted in Pakistan based on language yes sometimes some elite members off Pakistan look down upon on punjabi speaking people. It's mostly the urdu speaking elites in Lahore and Islamabad
