I watched in English,at that time the cable operators used to run the American CN which had no ads,kids these days will never experience the joy of back to back cartoons with zero ads

True that and the Halloween specials of all day courage the cowardly dog and the Grimm adventures of Billy and Mandy. That was really fun and I remember I would come from school at 2:20 and watch cartoons till 11... No ads all cartoon shows... Samurai jack would come on at 10 30 I believe... Before that there were Flintstones and Jetsons and man those were awesome...

Johnny bravo was amongst my favs... Those were the days... When they changed cartoon network to Hindi and ads ( hated the dubbing. Still do) I stopped watching ... I then remembered once watching a cable TV movie about four guys battling a three android and one of them had a turban and three of then could turn blonde and I discovered the anime world. :p :p :p :p

I believe that watching anime and playing games is no big deal as long as it helps you deal with the stress of practical life. What law made it that adults can't do these things. That an adult must only watch sports or news... Anything that can take your stress off ( be it gaming or watching anime or sports) is alright as long asbit doesn't hurt yourself or others.....


I am also a strong believer of watching in the language made... Feels more real. For example Japanese anime in Japanese and american in English... Same for movies... I watch sub's nor dubs.
