Did we ever see anyone; other than Hospital staff and related medical workers wearing masks in Pakistan?

Why would a country produce 20-million masks when there is no need for it? Don't believe Pakistan ever had 20-million masks unless the same are being regularly produced for export anyway. Masks were most probably exported to China during the early stages of the Covid-19, as one would expect traders to do. However, the total quantity would be in hundreds of thousands instead of the millions; definitely no way near the 20-million mark.

Regret to say that after hearing Rauf Klasra's ‘Spoof’ of LNG Terminal on TV, which, being associated with the Oil industry, I know for certain was based on misinformation and exaggerated out of proportion; I take anything that I hear on TV with a pinch of salt.

Do not always believe sensational TV news.
