We often watch Iranian and western movies on cinema. However I can remember sometimes our cinema play Indian movies.
The percentage is: 75% Iranian movies, 15% western movies and 10% Indian, Japanese and Chinese movies.
We can find two or three Indian movies on our tv channels in a month. Some of Iranians like Indian movies very much and watch them online or buy thier dvds.
We often watch Hindi movies in Persian language or with subtitles.
Sorry for late answer I used a word that made my post disappeared and I rewrited it.
You got his question wrong. No Iranian cinema shows Indian movies. A couple of cinemas show American/European movies(Either Classics of history of Cinema, or a couple of 3D movies). All other capacity is dedicated to Iranian movies.
About TV channels, You are right. maybe 1 per month, and usually it is Sholay Most Movies are either Iranian or dubbed American movies.
Movies shown in TV channels are always dubbed, but in black market, movies are usually available with subtitle.
This is what I remember from when I was in Iran.
People don't really understand Russian culture, but Putin was not hitting on Chinese first lady.
It is just standard for a gentleman in Russia to give his coat to the lady.
It's not exclusive to Russian culture. Every gentleman needs to show some manners when dealing with ladies.
