Russian navy has 4 fleets. Black Sea AKA Mediterranean. Baltic. Northern AKA White Sea. Pacific. They are equally important. Baltic fleet seems to be the smallest. Pacific and Black Sea are probably the biggest.

Russia these days is pacifist in nature. So they scrap their heavy carrier and instead build light / medium carriers instead. Also they scrap their cruisers and destroyers and instead use only frigates and corvettes.
