Turkey didn't buy weapons from Russia since eternity... except for Kornet-E deal

Russia gave Mi17s to Turkey as a compensation of their debt, and rest of the russian equipment in our inventory is either captured from terrorists or donted by East Germany after the collapse of the wall.

To conclude something first do not forget who are the masters of current Ukrainian government. Current Ukraine's junta is completely illegitimate and is fully subordinated to U.S. administration. So the only chances that US get the technology. Others have no chances.

I think we can only cooperate with them regarding t-loramids. Maybe we can bring some of their engineers to Turkey. This could be ouside of a government deal. Maybe aselsan hires them or somehting.

That would be a brilliant move, actually.
I don't know if that will violate any agreements, but it will benefit Turkey more through continuous development and research.

Too bad, Turkey really needs qualified scientists. We have a University in every province but scholars in most of those universities are no more qualified than high school teachers. I've found that out the hard way..
