MOSCOW, August 16. /TASS/. Russia will demonstrate the export versions of the fifth-generation Su-57 fighter jet and the Il-112V military transport aircraft at the MAKS-2019 international air show, the state arms seller Rosoboronexport said in a statement on Friday.

"The Su-57E fighter (the Gagarin Aircraft Plant in Komsomolsk-on-Amur) and the Il-112VE military transport plane (the Voronezh Aircraft Enterprise) will be the main exhibits of the Russian exposition’s military segment at the MAKS-2019 air show," the statement says.

Rosoboronexport CEO Alexander Mikheyev has said he is confident that both planes will evoke huge interest at the MAKS air show.

CEO of Russia’s state hi-tech corporation Rostec Sergei Chemezov noted that the exposition would feature more than 40 new exhibits. "This year, Rostec’s exposition includes over 250 new models, including more than 40 items that will be demonstrated at the MAKS for the first time: aircraft, avionics, aircraft engines and aerodrome equipment," the chief executive said.

The Su-57 export version differs from generation 4++ fighter jets by its multi-functionality, automation and the high degree of intellectualization of combat employment processes, super-maneuverability and other characteristics.

The Il-112VE light military transport plane is the export modification of the Il-112V aircraft developed for Russia’s Aerospace Force and designated to transport, air-land and airdrop cargoes, vehicles, ammunition and personnel. The plane features versatile employment options, expanded capabilities for cargo carriage, round-the-clock operation capability and other competitive advantages.

Russia needs this jet for themselves but has not much money so it will sell it to others for raising money to be able to manufacture it for local needs

But as per you Su-57 attack jet and build for to attack Rebels, and not air superiority and Iran needs air superiority jet to replace F-14 @Paul Bearer , and Iran looking for Su-30 rather then Su-57, and Turkey most like go for EF-2000 rather then Su-57 @Paul Bearer :p:;):enjoy:

Who told u that, it's jst ground attack fighter jet???
Google it's capabilites frist and comment about it?

EU would never sell to Erdogan due to his anti Israel stance.
Ok but if turkey wants Russian jets then, then it will pick Su-30 rather then Su-57 because first customer of Su-57 is Rus air force, first they induct Su-57 in large number and then thinks for export @Paul Bearer Pearer

The fighter is designed to have supercruise, supermaneuverability, stealth, and advanced avionics to overcome the prior generation fighter aircraft as well as ground and naval defences.[16][17] The Su-57 is intended to succeed the MiG-29 and Su-27 in the Russian Air Force.[18]

Look it's not Jst ground attack jet, it's multirole and is capable of all missions

I don't think Su-57 replaces MiG-29. MiG-29 is F-18 size. Su-57 is F-22 size. I think MiG-35 replace MiG-29.

But as per @Paul Bearer Su-57 is mainly a attack jet and built for to attack in Syria @batmannow

Size doesn't matter, F-35 will replace USN F/A 18, so what your point @Paul Bearer

U can think wht u want, but Russians r not stupid to spend so much money on a showpiece of some kind, this jet is top notch and would be headache for Americans if it's been used by some really able pilots, there r some hidden features which won't be avalible for export versions bt still any country with good aeronautical engeninering back ground can tailor it to its needs and Russians r doin it cause after the fall of USSR , most of thier 80S and 90s tech went in the hands of Americans and EU so, what thy hve is jst to contain the others, while MIG 41, SU 35, and this SU 57 s r thier next projects which thy will upgrade as per thier needs?

Built for sirya?????
Gsss, this Paul guy looks like a school kid?
SU 57 started way back when there was evn no siryan war yet in picture?
These r the next gen Russian high tech jets and not made for any specific war, thy r made for all conditions and mainly, to face off Americans
