Russia to Deliver Su-33 Fighters to China

IMO Taiwan is the key; if this problem is resolved, China would build/buy Aircarft Carriers. Until that time, China's pre-occupation with Taiwan is too great for her to seriously excercise influence on far off places.

Yes, i completely agree, there is no point in China getting carriers now, it cant face USN with 1 or 2 carrier task force. Right now the time is for subs. After Taiwan problem, China will prolly start with CBG's. Though how do you think Taiwan problem will be solved?
