Why doesn't the landing gear goes in? Even the engine is protruding at the back which is not good for stealth and thus increases the RCS. In addition, the landing also looked bit wobbly. Nevertheless, a step in the right direction.

No. The B-2 is a heavy stealth strategic bomber. Also this Russian UCAV is "stealth". It's in fact the counterpart to the American X-47B and RQ-170 Sentinel.

On the first few test flights the landing gear is not retracted, just in case.

Russia electronics are much better than Turkish electronics. I have yet to see a Turkish cockpit that is comparable to Su-35 cockpit.
