. You don't even have the technology to send a primitive rocket into space or build a sateliite, something we did in the 1980s. As for heavy lift rocket like the GSLV, your country is 50 years away from such a technology. We don't build munitions because its such a primitive thing to build and can be easily bought outside. If we import underwear, doesn't mean we can't make them at home. On the other hand, we do build superior technologies like rockets, nuclear subs etc which your country can only hope to build in the next 50 years.
