Will be very difficult to implement. Isolation is no remedy of propaganda. More propaganda with Russian flavor will do the trick.

I foresee Internet would get broken into blocks with brides being built between them during peace times and bridges being collapsed during war time.

I notice when ever Russia is under pressure , the media , and social chatter areas all start to display negative news about Russia at once

Looks intentional just like time when China had Olympics and then media started to report about problem in air in China how westerners will die if they breath in Chinese air

Same media prevented people from going to Russian Olympics
