Russia eyes Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline

the Russians are actually interested in india. india is turning towards Europe and north america and its allies, something russia does not like. so russia is poking india and saying "we don't need you and we have other countries to go to (pakistan). Pakistan is an untapped market for russia. by researching i found that Pakistan steel mills was invested by russia. india is not turning back and looking towards Europe and north america and its allies.

If Russia gets access to Gawadar then the exponential rise in its exports would be more than enough to cater for inclination of India towards EU and US at the cost of Russia. But ofcourse Russia would not like to let India fall in hands of EU and US that easy as it still holds considerable Indian market esp in field of defense exports to India.
