Good for you people but my Pakistani friends told me only corrupt elites have all these luxuries with looted national money.

That's true as well and such is the case all over the world..... but there are folks who earned their luxuries.

These limos are imported under the customs heading for commercial vehicles (such as buses) which is defined as any vehicle that can carry X or more number of people. X was something like 10-14 or so. Under this heading, the customs duties are SIGNIFICANTLY less than the usual ~200% on ordinary cars. That is how they are able to import these vehicles and still make money renting them out. These cost around $80k to $150k or so, depending on condition/model/mileage etc.

Expect most of these cars to be valued around Rs. 10 million or so.

And that vehicle with a big box thing in the middle in the first video is a funeral car (also called hearse). It's used to carry the coffin when someone rich/famous/powerful dies.
