yes i have been as i meant to. Bringing back years old thread that are dead and with opening post having no context of the new developments is useless and negative for the forum. This pushes the main stream news and latest threads, debate on current issues to second pages and makes finding the current happening that much more difficult.
So it is suggested that unless there is some thing new development that is relevant to what is being discussed in an years old thread, do not restart the debate without context.

I remembered this back in 1998, the threats of air strike by IAF on Pak nuclear installations were quite high at that time.

I think we are getting second strike capability sooner then many will think. When that happens the threats of we will do this or that from close or far away nations will be less potent. Do remember the nukes... India had bragged about it for decades. Did some minor testing with lots of failed explosions. We executed a plan in weeks. Now we have a bigger surprise. But we do not have to show them now.

Not to mention the arms embargo on Pakistan airforce was quite tight but Pakistan has emerged from the ordeal much more stronger
