Rivalries around the world - which one is the worst?

It is serious topic, I really want to understand the reason. So kindly reply only if you have something substantial to add.

We have so many rivalries/enmities around the world like for example:

USA - Russia
Israel - Iran
China - Japan
Pakistan - India
UK - Argentina

and so on.

Apart from India, I have never seen any of the above countries so sickly obsessed with the other that their every official meeting with a foreign dignitary starts with mentioning the rival country. No denying the fact, other countries discuss the rival as part of their broader agenda and make their strategic moves.

In India's case it has however become so sick, that even before the foreign dignitary could finish the sentence "Good morning Mr. prime minister, how are you today", Modi and his partners more or less start yelling "Pakistan this, Pakistan that, Pakistan... Paaaaaaaaaaaaaakistan".

Or a small suggestion from a lower level Pakistani bureaucrat that Pakistan should discuss something with Russia sends earth shaking ripples in Delhi, so much so that their envoys are sent by first available flight to ask Russia not to do that. About something that has not even discussed yet.

Why has it come to that?

How could we help our huge eastern neighbors to behave like a responsible normal country again?

i think the worst not only for us but the whole world is Saudi Arabia and Iran
but if specifically talking about Pakistan, Indian rivalry is old and do not have any "new" impacts on Pakistan
but our growing Rivalry with Afghanistan is more than to worry about
it undermines every strategy of Pakistan either regional or global.

Philippines is sitting in Chinese lap which is evident from the attitude of their president towards US

Thanks for the invite, but i dont reply to troll until I really feel someone is really throwing abuses and illogical arguments. I am out of these threads anyways. They add no value except for few who feel fun in increasing their message counts..
