Well the are the eastern world's rising stars. Although the trend warfare is taking these days will be very different and in future we will see more "non-state" actors that actually pose a threat to BRICS nations.

Gone are the days when military to military threats will exist in a conventional war.

the images of T50 do look awsome and what we have so far for J-20 (not jaw dropping pics) seems to support your comment. but we should wait to see better flight videos of both planes and maybe a side by side video to make a better judgement.

by the way your comment answered one question of mine. is PAKFA and T50 same thing? I see both have been mentioned seperately and sometimes together.

One of the reason could be the engine of J-20... which is not allowing it to perform similar maneuvers which PAK FA has been doing regularly.
Or It can be the case that J-20 is designed to do which PAK FA have been designed for.

IMO J-20 still look like a long range bomber with additional interceptor duties much like the Mig 31... In any case the T/W ratio of the PAK would be the highest among all 5th gen. fighters.

I like the J-20 design, the only thing I have trouble understanding is its huge weapons bay, it like a bomber, are they planning to change the design and make the weapons bay a little smaller, because right now it looks a bit bulky.
