JF- There are many low cost tones down versions of technological applications that are being done in India these days. At least India coastal states like Gujarat should explore the costs involved. Agree with the stationary buoys, along with equipping gps on board every fishing trawler and a ham radio and a Auto SOS to alert Indian coast guard from boats in case they are abducted by Pakistan Navy in International Waters.
Regarding the ship that sank new evidence is coming out apparently the chatter revealed the people who set boat on fire received confirmation that their families would be paid 5lakh each.
