So, any new railgun navy ship concepts for 2020 and beyond?

All rail-gun projects are either in navy testing or at manufacturer test

Three barrels/rail guns on the ship make no sense. A more practical concept design would be one gun and multiple VLS for missiles.

if rail gun can be used for anti ship, anti air, anti ballistic missile, land attack, would we need missiles anymore? or at least would we need that many VLS?

Don't the Russians have a nuclear powered crusiers if they can built those kind of crusiers during Soviet era i am sure that we can create an even more better rectors that would be able to supply enough juice for larger railguns.

Plus can there be the possibility for railguns in the future to be point defense for costal areas .i mean if the railgun matures enough with sufficient range it would be a very effective weapon(deterence?) against Carrier groups
