Relief given to Nawaz has no place in the law : Orya

Listen to Orya, he says there is no place in Pakistani law for the logic used to provide the relief to Nawaz Sharif.

I have commented this morning that by this token, every sick and elderly person is free to commit any crime in Pakistan and got away with it on the ground of Health.
This is such a dangerous precedence set that now Pakistan wouldn't be able to keep any serious criminal in the jail.
It has given carte blanche to the criminals especially political criminals. They can loot Pakistan to their heart contents and then claim that they are suffering from serious disease(s).

It is a fact, that when you commit a crime and convicted, you lose your rights.
Noora should be in the jail. Either in the cell or in a hospital bed but still under the custody.

It's a sham alright but I do believe alot of other concessions are being taken from N League in return for this. It's never a zero sum game. And while there is certainly no leniency in law, however our law, judicial system hasn't reached to that point where no one is above the law. We are still decades behind.
