Easy solution, Pakistan has the death penalty, make use of it.

Instate a law prohibiting hunting for recreation, violation of which can be punishable by death, apprehend and swiftly hang a few dozen of these hunters. It's a win win, they're human filth anyway.

Keep the laws in place for atleast 5 - 6 years and when pricks give up hunting for fun, slowly relax the laws. By then these morons will move to some other form of entertaining themselves that doesn't involve killing animals on a genocidal scale.

why not they just grow and eat ? i have no issue if someone grow his own birds and then eat them . our proplem is wild animals sir . anyone can buy few pairs of birds and then breed them when you have farm eat them . same like this a deer sale in pakistan 1 lakh rupees buy 3 female and 1 male keep them and grow breed and then daily eat deer meat its yours . but rather then work hard they buy 5000 rupees gun and rush on wild idiots .

What you are talking about has been used in Europe to increase wild fish stocks, by offering people farmed fish.

we have wild life protection dep of every province its under provincial gov now after 18th amendment . so our provincial gov do this

8 days ago 18 deer were captured in sindh for some high rank officials eid party BBQ and karadhi .. this is how they protect animals now . most likely PPP waderas were ordered it .

This is a classic case of incompetence. Not only humans, but even innocent wild life are suffering, hence 18th Amendment should be scrapped.

Treatment of animals in Muslim world is not good. I notice bad trends in Arab world too. We need a cultural revolution to change way we treat our animals. Learn from the Prophet(SAW) who treated cats and dogs very well. He made sure his followers would give water to thirsty dogs in the desert.

He also said be merciful to what is on the ground so the One in the heavens will merciful towards you.

I don't know much about Islamic history but if that's the case , please propagate it. Animals must be treated humanely. God made us in His image not to destroy His other creations but to be their caretaker.

Here in India , animal cruelty is taken very seriously. It is not perfect here in India but the general sentiment is against hunting for fun ( or even for food ).

Unless people themselves respect life in all its forms , government can't do much.

In Gir, Western Ghats, Kaziranga and Assam and Sunderbans there are Muslim wildlife enthusiasts and conservation experts just like there are in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Iran and Turkey.

This is just law and order problem due to poverty and unemployment.

By allowing controlled hunting and in return revenue is being generated I dont see any problem with that.
The problem is when hunters are just hunting unlimited amount of birds for free.
