We accept that Imran Khan is right in whatever he's saying about rigging in Na-122 but we've find no conclusive evidences of "Organized Rigging" in NA-122 so Ayaz Sadiq remains winner: Tribunal's expected Decision

OR (Highly unlikely)

Rigging is proved in NA-122 and Ayaz Sadiq has been deseated: Election Tribunal

Ayaz Sadiq immediately goes to Lahore High Court where the judges are always free and waiting anxiously to entertain PML-N leaders with an immediate stay order within a few hours. Ayaz Sadiq gets a stay order and lives on as speaker NA assembly happily. (Repeat of NA-125 case of Saad Rafique)..

The judge knows that the court credibility is at stake but he ant give this decision again pmln . He delayed it for months . Today he know that most the awaam knows it was rigged . That is why he is under tremendous pressure. He is using delaying tactics. He will most likely do it twice or thrice so people will forget about it .

You are correct, i do feel for the Judge. After all, he has to live in Pakistan after this verdict and his future employment prospects can definitely be hurt if he pisses off the Rulers.

Even a moron from NA-122 knows that there was massive rigging in this constituency. PTI has a lot of popularity in this Constituency, and that too IK loosing against any candidate, that was wishful thinking. Our buddy @Armstrong is from this Halka, he can possibly fill us in on the dynamics in this constituency.

Well result time is here. Bring it on now!! Its already been too late.

I will be honestly surprised if ayaz sadiq is kicked out. N won't lose such an important constituency so easily.

Iam afraid its too little too late, this should've come a month earlier when atleast the judicial commission proceedings were being done, Its quite likely that the Election tribunal waited for JC to finish so that the govt. can get out of danger first and then publish the NA-122 report.

JC's verdict is still not acceptable everything is rigged. Correct the electoral process and then do elections. Also PTI should get in line with regards to their party discipline and other internal matters and reorganize its support.

I thought you said Ichra

I must say, i am genuinely surprised by this verdict. I must take my hat off and bow the Judge for not bowing down.
He was taken back security from Punjab Government and pressured to maximum but I guess that he is one of those Judges who can still be against Butts of Jati Umrah while living in Punjab

Same, very surprised! though I think major damage to PTI has been done, don't think they will win the re-election.

NA-122 election tribunal rules in favour of Imran Khan
DAWN.COM — PUBLISHED 10 MINUTES AGO
LAHORE: Punjab election commission's tribunal on Saturday ordered re-polling in National Assembly constituency, NA-122, accepting Imran Khan's petition challenging the 2013 result on grounds of rigging.

National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq had defeated PTI Chairman Imran Khan in the 2013 general elections from NA-122 after which PTI had challenged the results.

A large number of supporters from Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf had gathered outside the election commission office, chanting slogans in support of their leaders and against each other's.

The tribunal's decision, which was expected to be released at 10am in the morning, was released after an unexplained delay of several hours.

PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi, while talking to DawnNews, termed the decision as historic, adding that it would go a long way in ensuring a transparent election system in Pakistan.

Tribunal member Kazim Ali Malik had on Aug 17 reserved the verdict after Sadiq's counsel concluded his arguments against the petition filed by PTI Chairman Imran Khan, the runner-up candidate from the constituency.

The tribunal had issued special passes to five persons from each side — PTI and PML-N — to hear the decision.

NA-122 was among the four controversial constituencies — the other three being NA-110 (Sialkot), NA-125 (Lahore) and NA-154 (Lodhran) — where PTI had demanded for voters’ thumbprint verification in the hopes of finding a solution that might be acceptable to all concerned.

It is to be mentioned here that proceedings of Imran Khan’s petition remained suspended for a year. The Lahore High Court on Nov 4, 2013, had granted a stay to the NA speaker against the proceedings before the tribunal. The court on Nov 20, 2014, recalled the stay order and allowed the tribunal to proceed with the case.

The PTI chief visited the election tribunal twice; first on Nov 26, 2014, with a request not to combine decisions of NA-122 and PP-147 and the second time on Dec 6, 2014, to record his statement. The NA speaker also recorded his statement before the tribunal on Feb 7, 2015.

The tribunal appointed a retired sessions judge as local commission on Dec 8, 2014. On tribunal’s order, Nadra held an inspection of the constituency record and submitted its final report on May 9, 2015. The authority submitted a supplementary report on May 30.
