Same can be said about ULFA terrorists. They also said they were given training, weapons and refuge in Bangladesh by Huji-B, and other organizations.

India would gain same, what Bnagladesh is gaining by this.

But now the new govt. in Bangladesh is working positively with us, and I hope insurgency support to the other side from any place will be made dead soon.

CHT insurgents got direct aid from RAW,but ULFA,if they are getting any,are form non-state factors as you mentioned earlier.

Although some Indians say ISI is operating from Bangladesh to help ULFA.

But now our Hasina Madamlol will try her best to keep relation with India warm.I think Mr.Pranab is already here in Bangladesh for his scheduled visit.
