Rangers, police contingent enter MQM headquarters
KARACHI: A large contingent of Rangers and police are present inside Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) headquarters Nine-Zero.
Barriers in the area have been removed, and entry and exit points sealed. Security personnel are also present in areas surrounding Khursheed Memorial Secretariat.
MQM leader and MNA Syed Raza Ali Abidi confirmed the entry on Twitter.
No resistance, in spite of the fact that the Rangers made a forced entry into 90 #Karachi

Rangers have been carrying out an operation in Karachi targeting criminal elements. It is unclear why they have assembled at the MQM headquarters.
The MQM is expected to hold a press conference at 5pm.

As per the later reports , they entered Azizabad and not the nine-zero . Unless of course , that was the only no-go area of Karachi , one would have been very happy . Why exactly is the rangers accompanied regularly with police not eager to raid and conduct proper operations inside Liyari , Sohrab Goth , Banaras and various other areas ?

azizabad is not a no go area and nor the nine zero is, there are just barricades, people often visit 90 as usual, only there are security checks before one passes, barricades and thats it

but we have barricades all over karachi in residential areas

you can't enter lyari, manghopir, asif square, daal mia, safoora goth, sohrab goth, banaras, qaidabad etc without risking your life

kutchi abadis are all no go areas and hub of drug, crimes
