No country is perfect but I am happy that my Great Grandparents left their village in Kashmir and moved to USA earlier than majority of South Asians came here.

If I remember correctly according to my great grandpa only South Asians at that time in US were Sikh Punjabi Farmers (who took local latina Wives) who lived on California and some other sprinkled over Major cities at that time such as NYC and Boston.

America was very pure at that time, over 90%. So naturally we mixed with other communities such as blacks, Irish and Italians and got assimilated into Majority Racial group.

My family have fought multiple wars for this great country and we are very proud to be Americans. If anyone feels that they are getting discriminated they can leave us for their own homeland as soon as possible.
