Congratulations you have just made this very patriotic .Now Come to the point ISI or any other agencies operating expenses are paid thru Tax payer or thru Loans taken in Govt ,Now as tax payee It is not a tough thing to answer questions and motives of an organization to elected representative and who will ask for his voters to pay .
