I know they used the word Commander of the Air Force the real name is
Ex COAS Hakimullah of PAF he retired from PAF and became the COAS of Qatar the Royal family gave him the name Ali Saeed Al Hawal al Marri. Most of the top brass ans IP are Pakistani Ex-PAF.
