It has unusual air intakes and wings. The intakes are embedded within the main fuselage. This greatly minimizes RCS. Instead of having intakes wrap around separate sections of the fuselage that protrude from the main fuselage, they do not protrude. So less surface area. So less RCS. What do you think? Maybe Ruskies and the Chinese are interested in the design.

NO
It might be indeed an interesting concept for a light striker or CAS aircraft but never ever a fighter.
Also Iran lacks a decent engine and this "thing" is nothing more than a PR-stunt, more a toy than a real aircraft barely able to taxi around.

... and since both Russians and Chinese are much more advanced in nearly everything, why should they be interested in it?

I agree with you. But it's a good platform to test technologies and build on.

TBH, it is the basis for 8th gen A/C ... but first it needs to do something which an A/C of any generation can do: it has to fly.
Exactly my dear exactly, I never thought you are so intelligent.

it is a some kind of drone with a limited payload, range, which optionally manned @undertakerwwefan

It lacks diverter and DSI. Means it is subsonic. Like A-10.
no F-16 has a fixed air intake and still reahes top speed of Mach 2 but if you want to go beyond Mach-2 you need variable ramp intake to control air flow to engine rather than DSI or diverter like this @undertakerwwefan

It needs a diverter to go supersonic. Qaher 313 don't have diverter. Also, you see EOTS under Qaher 313's nose. Means it's built for attack, not as a fighter.

cockpit looks very small, i do not think it can accommodate all the gadgets of any advance fighter.

No main think if you want to go beyond Mach-2 variable ramp air intake, i will shows you lots of subsonic fighters/trainers that using diverter plate @undertakerwwefan :hitwall::hitwall::hitwall:

The Qaher 313 is it suppose to fly or just run around on the ground?
The only fighter jet that pretends to fly lol by rolling around on the ground.
