Good to see that Putin is trying to protect Russia's major SOEs from those greedy tycoons.

Russia needs to follow the market economy, but those strategic SOEs should be secured by the central government. And Russia should always have a single ruling party with a strong leader like Putin.

Those greedy tycoons are all backed by the western corporate elites and bankers, so Putin should take more time to toy with them and don't let them to loot your national wealth again.

if Russian government would sell off its oil business it would need to raise taxes which are 13% flat income tax rate right now, the lowest in all of europe or they would need to take debt or both. All these alternatives are worse for the people and for the economy.

A powerful country like Russia needs a high moral leader like Putin, because he has to control the SOE/army/media.

- The major SOE needs to be controlled by the government, because its profit should be used to benefit the majority, not a small group of elites.

- The army needs to serve for the country and the people, not for those corporate elites like USA.

- The state media should not be infected by those foreign NGOs.

If you got a low moral leader, then it will again turn into a disaster.
