Well it is behind doors meeting but as we know Russians have the habit of leaking meetings out, for political purposes. I hope it is right. USA has started giving air protection to rebels and Turkey is bombing Kurds and non Kurds ... Russia has the worrying situation to loose his Naval base and influence. It seems credible but it only came out of AWD and then Al Minar and Iranian newspapers started reporting it from the same source...
