Punjab Launching First Responder Dolphin Force

Punjab Police is launching a first responder service by name of Dolphin Force (DF). DF will be equipped with modern gear including high speed bikes, mini-buses with field support, body mounter cameras, GPS locators and special radios.

Each unit will be strategically stationed at different locations of the city and their movements will be monitored and controlled through satellite systems. This will enable them to reach at any location within a short period of time through help of central command and control center.

The new force will be trained by Turkish experts and the project is expected to cost around 900M.

me likes the idea. each Thana should get these boys, replace muhafiz force to these, change the image of police. good job !

After knowing the purpose ,
I do look forward to this Unit being set up , and would love to see it functioning independently

You are right, when I came and visited Lahore a couple of years ago, I didn't see ONE Cop. Everyone was escorting the PM and his family......NOT!!! Lahore and Islamabad are two of the MOST peaceful places in Pakistan, compared to Karachi, KPK and other places. Primarily, due to law enforcement being available and strict in protecting people. And yes, there is the corruption, like its in any police dept. in Pakistan. But countering every productive thing by associating it to PM or people of your political disliking, doesn't make the fact go away that these guys are ACTUALLY working. While people like you, and your political affiliations, who obviously don't care about your country, are just sitting on the sidelines, doing NOTHING, producing nothing and just gossiping.

Honestly seasons 10 has become boring to the point of being pathetic. The first 5 seasons were the best where they had a proper story line and when the stand alone episodes used to be scary.
