What's new

Punjab Govt Establishing Mega Kidney, Liver, Research Institute

Good news and good work done by the government. We should take the example of Punjab cities which are developing at a rapid rate.

.
I wish Punjab govt can get out of Lahore for any one project

Faisalabad District Hospital Expansion from 50 to 250 beds
Faisalabad Children Hospital 1000 beds
Rahim Yar Khan 450 bed Hospital
Expansion of District hospital Sahiwal
Hospital Expansion in Bahawalpur

.
There needs to be policy of introducing Universal , modern equipment and sanitized medical instruments in Pakistan

The cities deserve 2,000 Bed Hospitals not just 10-20 extra beds with old equipment

I really wish we had a thread , on images from hospitals and how the inner facilities look in Pakistan or something of that nature to understand the problem

Whenever they show , in patient rooms or operation rooms in Pakistan I find the facilities to be extremely lacking

Example:

So we can see, the hospitals we have even are so badly equipped they are not doing well

It's a welcome relief that the Sher-e-Punjabs are finally looking into some felah-o-behbood of electorate, instead of some new scheme to skin the public.... having said that, it's highly improbable that Noonies are doing this out of goodness of their hearts. There has to be a catch, and given ample time, they never fail to do corruption.

Fingers crossed. Let's see what this new "mega brain fart" has in place for the taxpayers.

This is type of equipment standard we need to introduce in hospitals

Nawaz / Zardari clan walle, when they get sick they will go to UAE or USA or UK to treat their illness no one will stay back in Pakistan hospital

Meanwhile in developed countries

Patients stay on special beds which can move room to room , and have electronic systems integrated

While not all patients can get Private room but people who have health insurance can this is very common

In short , sure the announcements is nice political news however unless you rise the standard of services in hospitals , what will advance research institute do when the base hospital quality is mere 1 / 10

The basic "quality" of hospitals is low in term of being equipped to handle patients

The sadest part is all the latest equipment in medical hospitals is made in Turkey / China right next door to us and we don't have capacity to send one Diplomat to find out how we can

REDO all the hospitals

Instead of , the superficial increase from 10-100 beds

RAISE the standard and , equipment quality for doctor's help

Here is where our Leaders get their treatment
