Punjab governor’s sons join PPP (Including 2 MNA and 1MPA)

RAHIM YAR KHAN: Former Prime Minister and PPP leader Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani Sunday announced that three sons of Punjab Governor Makhdoom Ahmed Mehmood have joined PPP.

The sons of Punjab Governor included MPA Murtaza Mehmood and MNA Mustafa Mehmood and Syed Ali Mehmood.

Mustafa Mehmood and Murtaza Mehmood were elected from the platform of the Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F). Gilani said that all three had joined the PPP after seeking permission from their father.

Gilani added that the report pertaining to the formation of new provinces would be presented during the next session of the National Assembly. The former prime minister further said that free and fair elections were in the favour of the PPP.

Meanwhile Governor Punjab Makhdoom Ahmed Mehmood said the general elections should be held on time and he would not take any benefits as the governor.

We already have electoral rules and regulations. We don't more reforms at the moment.

What we need is implementation and swift action from ECP and judiciary in cases where false nomination documents are filed.
A permanent ban would also be welcome IMO.

What you think, Ruling government and Opposition Nawaz sharif will agree with son, cousin, damaad for MNAs seat?? Even in PTI, javed hashmi can leave PTI if they don't allow his daughter to participate in the election.
I don't think their is any rule in the constitution to stop wadairas, jagidaars, sons, brothers , sisters, cousins, damaads. etc.
Only thing for implement is that we can stop fake degree holders, corrupt peoples and culprits.
Without election reforms, there is chance that same parties will rule the country.
