Punjab gets its 7th IG in three years

I just read up on it. Sounds interesting. PTI had its own reforms agenda but their main guy resigned in a few months because of incompetency of Buzdar Government. And since then, we have not heard anything regarding Police reforms.

Without actual Police Reforms, can anything concrete be achieved?

Pakistan should be converted into a participatory democracy with politicial decisions in the palm of the people.
Wanna change the IG? Put it to a vote.
Wanna build a road in your locality? Put it up in "requests" and have nearby people vote for it.
Wanna have a corrupt politician cremated alive? Put it up to a vote!

This is Pakistan not Norway, our literacy rate is around 59 percent plus vast majority our people are incredibly ignorant and stupid. I don't mean that in a condescending manner but sadly this is the state of our people.
