PTI will hold the biggest ever protest in Pakistan: Imran Khan

.
That will b a really critical decision which may prove worse to him. People are just angry over TUQ right now and at this point of time, if IK calls for a protest, he will face a bitter reaction

.
I think He has been misquoted, or He meant "Can" rather then "Will"... Because, if He does that He will wipe out his own political career.. Because of his previous stand(s)..

.
IK is wise man and he didn't joined Qadri even after pressure from the PTI members, he will stand his ground unlike Qadri.
He will bring this current government to knees and i believe every one will going to witness this.

Yes Pakistan is full extra ordinary intelligent people and IK is one of them. :sarcastic:
FYI this government is no more by the Mid or last week of Feb even if you go by the book.

.
PTI will not protest like others.

There will be no ridiculous demands to dissolve the assemblies and ecp or anything.
The aim is straight-forward: remind the government of its obligations to conduct free/fair elections.

It's going to be simple and focused.

Classic PTI-style.

LOL it means , it will be worse than Dr TUQ with no agenda, no demands, waste of time and Money.

A biggest ever protest, just to 'remind' govt, sound so funnyy

I think for the fair & real elections yes PTI should go for a long march to put more preasure on the Govt to stay away from riging & lotacracy?
Bt let see is this a try to gather its runaway youth to make them feel PTI leadership can come out in the cold & can do bigger thing thn TuQ did?
Bt when he said it will be for preasure & PTI would be in elections anyway, he is showing off his cards before govt even starts taking him seriously?
So basicly its just a exersice to make happy the runaway youth, nothing chilling for the govt?
So we may wouldnt see the threatning effect like TuQ,s march?
& jst remember one thing on 27th jan may, TuQ announce something chilling if , govt fails to implement the agreement ?
So watchout boys if, PTI march begains after 2 months it means a showdown & that's it!
Anyway its a democratic right of every political force in the country to object & protest , I support that!lol

Nope.

PTI mass-protests are civilized, non-threatening, non-violent and focused on a pre-determined agenda.
That's the difference between them and other parties.

Other parties protest just to gain personal benefits, whereas PTI has been the only party that puts the people of Pakistan in the spotlight. While other leaders are busy solidifying their hold on their parties and robbing this country blind, I.Khan has been on the forefront on the issues facing Pakistan.

Implementation of judicial orders, holding transparent elections, ensuring a peaceful transition and to improve the law/order situaion in Pakistan are just some of the initiatives that drive PTI's protests.
No muk-mukas, no threats to attack the parliament and certainly no tolerance to anti-Pakistan policies like the ones implemented by PPP-led government.

What??? IK wanted to join Dr. Tahir, Shah Mahmood stopped him from doing this & because of this he lost popularity plus his party members were heart broken.

IK lost an opportunity to join hands with Dr. Tahir, if IK had joined Dr. Tahir’s march then the movement had gotten even stronger & there was a possibility that negotiations or dialogs would had never have held. The demand would had been only one resignation of kuta Zardai & not only that PML-N was gone for good. Before the Long March Nawaz the kuta was happy because he was ready & he knew he would win the elections but today he is broken & is still trying to make sure he wins the election by ofcourse cheating.

Bats ok to everything what you said but time is running out for IK & I believe he said he will protest after the elections if the elections were not free & fair. In my opinion he will be to late for that.

I believe the laws will be implemented because Dr. Tahir is dealing with one of the most corrupt person ever who can kill his wife to do anything. So the laws will be implemented.

PTI will hold the biggest ever protest in Pakistan: Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: While the people and the media of Pakistan have not gotten over Tahirul Qadri’s long march, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan announced on Friday that his party will hold the “biggest ever” protest which will “trump all other protests people have seen in the past.”

Speaking at a press conference in Islamabad, Khan said that he had kept his party members on standby for the protest, which is why, he said, he had earlier announced a 7-point agenda.

“Being a political party, we hold the right to lodge protests. About two million people in the United Kingdom took to the streets in order to protest the Iraq killings,” said Khan.

He said that there was a lot of pressure on him from his party members to join Minhajul Quran International chief Qadri’s long march, however, he said that he told his followers to wait for the “right time”.

Khan said that he will lead the protest “only to get free and fair elections conducted in the country.”

Responding to a question, the PTI chief said that there was “no question” of boycotting the elections, because “the upcoming elections are the most important throughout Pakistan’s electoral history.”

While talking about a caretaker setup to be put in place, Khan said that all political parties should sit together to deliberate upon the issue and that the caretaker prime minister should be the one agreed upon by all the parties.

However, he said that so far, no one had approached his party to discuss the caretaker setup.
