Not likely because PTI's Last two years experience have Evaporated lot of REACTIONARY support they gained in 2013 Elections. Another Aspect is that many of JI Voters would started to Switch towards MQM now because both Live in the same Neighborhood so both are considered local Parties while PTI is still Considered Outsiders.

That isnt Possible after all the Tabdeeli Naras they chanted they cant Withdraw Imran Ismail it would be Disappointing. As for JI then they would be only left with Anti MQM Vote Bank which is not even close to something called Victory.
