This news seems to be a rumour. It is not posted on any credible website so far. If it was true, I would seriously consider changing my vote next time

Unless PTI comes with an excuse that the minorities are not given equal opportunities and their unemployment rate is much higher comparing to Muslims so we are banning few sectors (one being the cleaning) to provide them jobs, it is very intolerable and must be condemned by all.

In India its mostly low cast hindus who are doing the same cleaning jobs. Anyway here its not about Hindus, here mostly Christians are in Municipal staff.


Also Muslims are doing these jobs but the main issue is that more Muslims inducted as cleaning staff then minorities are losing more jobs .

by the way its an attractive job with govt leaves, benefits, and all for them

why condemnable? it could be one of the demands by minorities.

The cleaning staff is getting about Rs20,000 (the senior or thekadar one of their own gets more attractive package), they avail all govt holidays.

now half of the Municipal staff is composed of Muslims so leaving minorities in the lurch.

You're creating trends where none exist. Sectarianism is a problem in Pakistan, but nature doesn't care about sectarianism. Correlation doesn't imply causation, use common sense.
