Patwari and patwari media spin and lies… tell ns and az to bring back the looted billions and they don’t need a billion from imf.
This is the double standards that I talk about, it was okay then but it’s not okay now. So when PEMRA messed with channel rankings, banned politicians speeches, removed or messed with channel rankings like they did with ARY recently, when journalists like Asad Toor, Matiullah Jan etc were kidnapped and tortured, it either okay or you can’t seem to recall. Plenty of people were held in NAB and other forms of detention with months before even a charge was bought before a court.I cant seem to recall journalists being picked up across provinces for insulting police by saying something true and being tortured for it neither do I recall 10 months old being locked behind bars with their mothers for being wives of drievers
Proof comes first, either you have it or it’s conjecture. Your opinion is not worth burning Pakistan’s financial prospects over. You have a political view and at least in the case of MDBs I can say with personal experience that your perception of use of proceeds being eaten by corruption needs to be proven. In fact, should you come across proof of corruption in an ADB loan project for example, tip them off, they’ll take action against the perpetrators.I myself, will not send/invest my hard-earned money in Pakistan while the criminally convicted corrupt dynasties are at the helm - what else prove you need?
If you are something, what you have done on the proven cases?
I clearly expressed myself, but I am sure you will keep changing your goal posts with ifs/buts.
If you could not see yourself, no one could lend you eyes.
Quick question, what’s the alternative to the IMF? I bet there are lots of brow beaten economists at the MoF and SBP who would love to know your view if you know of another option.
Ansar Abbasi tweet mixed with politics as usual.
This " Arstu " found in Washington streets ,,,rolling around for " something" .
You talk about proof. Can you provide proof that the letter was an attempt to derail the IMF bailout? Awfully convenient: when the KP government kept trying to engage (without the issues being in the public eye), the feds kept ignoring. Eventually when the federation as a whole was about to commit and therefore things came to a head and therefore became public, the feds lose their shit. Can you answer why they didn't engage with the KP government earlier?Proof comes first, either you have it or it’s conjecture. Your opinion is not worth burning Pakistan’s financial prospects over. Your political opinions and conjecture are not enough here, sorry. And it’s nowhere near enough to justify the wholesale destruction of Pakistan’s economy by politically motivated efforts to cause harm. If IK does it today to apply pressure and create hurdles, he’ll set a dangerous precedence for others to follow in the future. None of these politicians are worth the harm to the state.
Also, you don’t really need to do much to make the economic argument to back your conjecture that corruption is the cause of economic woes. If you had an answer, you could easily share it with me. The truth is , our economic structure, our twin deficits and lack of social and economic reforms has meant that every government in the last 20 years, without exception, has needed bailouts from multilateral lenders.

I backed and argued in favour of Imran when he went for IMF bailouts. When it comes to this, governments have no choice in the short-term. It’s all about medium to long term, where policy efforts may help in preventing fiscal and current account imbalances.

At least be consistent man, what is wrong today was also wrong then.
IMO, three-quarters of a century and billions of dollars in loans have gone down the drain, and bumping one's head for proof is not going to pay.Proof comes first, either you have it or it’s conjecture. Maybe for you, corruption does not matter, but it is the foremost issue in Pakistan. Even if you herd your role model Crime Minister 'main mangnay nahin aya' but the world is very much aware that where and how the money of Pakistan is stashed by these filthy politicos.Your political opinions and conjecture are not enough here, sorry. The gymnastic of economic woes, deficits, and blah blah won't work anymore. Every business of these filthy politicos flourishes but Pakistan is always in deficit. The present biggest filthy bunch came to power with a promise to field the most 'experienced team of experts' - a normal person could easily elaborate what they have done to Pakistan. Also, you don’t really need to do much to make the economic argument to back your conjecture that corruption is the cause of economic woes. Asked whether he or his ministry took up the letter issue with the IMF, Mr Ismail replied there was no need for it. “We have not shared it,” he said, adding it would be shared if need be.
Meanwhile, sources at the IMF said Mr Jhagra’s letter “will not affect” the deal Pakistan is negotiating with the lender.

Nobody was stripping Journalists, political workers naked and sexually assaulting them. There is no comparison. At least be consistent man, what is wrong today was also wrong then.
Based on their words. Truth is we have no idea. Unfortunately, the investigation is being carried at the hands of what may suspect to be questionable mark so we can’t assume anything while journalists are known to play with words.Nobody was stripping Journalists, political workers naked and sexually assaulting them. There is no comparison.
Maybe but then again nobody is going to come on camera and say hey we are being sexually abused, I mean no man anyway. Other accusations may be questionable but sexual assault or abuse I mean even North Korea or China with their authoritarian regimes would not do something like that, forget any democracy. We have touched a new low under neutrals.Based on their words. Truth is we have no idea. Unfortunately, the investigation is being carried at the hands of what may suspect to be questionable mark so we can’t assume anything while journalists are known to play with words.
It is either that or the allegation makes no sense in regards to them being alive after all the abuses. How are they alive if we are to believe the allegation? How are they alive? Stripping their honours serve what purpose only adds more questions.
Something is not right.
Oh yes zardari & Nawaz are the greatest leaders of Pakistan because they are imported...
Literally no shame. From shehbaz gill to fawad chaudhry everyone is a stupid clown. Politics on economy is the worst thing.
Thats not even comparable to an outright banPEMRA messed with channel rankings,
Convict disqualified for life and out of fake medical bailbanned politicians speeches
As per the definition given by the current able regime they are not journalists but just youtubers and also they werent arrested by police or forced to go through police custody without a trialwhen journalists like Asad Toor, Matiullah Jan etc were kidnapped and tortured
So how many of them were tortured and stripped or kept in cellars? Should I share with you pictures of their luxurious cells where they even had mushakatis (servants) to do things for them?Plenty of people were held in NAB and other forms of detention with months before even a charge was bought before a cour
