how PTI will solve the issue of missing persons (whom you cant trace normally)? is he asking for checking whether they are in custody or not? He will provide lists of missing persons?

PTI should divide Baluchistan into Pashtun and Baloch belt to secure the demographics in favour of Baluchs, there is no other way.

Rest are good points.

NO mega dam potential, small to medium dam should however be built for water storage and a modern canal system laid down so agriculture can prosper.

I am all support for point 6 however!!

As for point 1, they should then provide list of missing persons and government should then check and confirm how many of them are in custody (if any) and how many are involved in terrorist activities and thus missing from homes.

Baloch are concerned about presence of large number of Afghan refugees in Balochistan. Many of those Afghan refugees have even got NIC due to corruption in NADRA.

There concerns are genuine about this issue. Never heard them saying that no Pakistani should come and live in Balochistan.

Mengal meant afghanis changing demographics of Balochistan but there is catch. Balochistan is desolate place with hardly any population, most of these afghanis live around Quetta and not in baloch areas. Basically these afghanis are changing demographics of Pakistan as a whole.

Solution to Balochistan issues is

1. separate Baloch province, no baloch vs pakhtun politics then and we can get back to real issues.

2. baloch province will get separate budget and quota for jobs. Right now pakhtuns and baloch fight for both.

3. Must introduce police and courts to provide justice to people and not medieval tribal FC.

This way baloch province will become 95% baloch with Gwadar being its capital. Only reason balochistani pakhtun/achakzai allow these afghanis to nationalise is to become majority in province. Once separate provinces are made then that would be end of that. And then achakzai himself will demand return of afghanis because of limited resources.

Otherwise there are already 5 million afghanis in Pakistan and many more millions will come. We are talking about rohingya like situation in near future here.

Point 1? what about genocide of innocents people at the hand of missing person? how they will tackle that? what about Baluchistan as no go area for rest of Pakistanis? how they want development if outsider are not welcome for their expertise? how they want to educate & develop local people skills if genocide of good teachers(Outsider) continued?

its a harsh fact but Baluchistan education level is same as interior Sindh.
& very small amount of missing person in Pakistan forces custody rest either in Mountains or Afghanistan.

If he want better Baluchistan then he should
First stop this Hate for Rest of Pakistanis
Second Take responsibility and decisive actions against terrorist(Army will not get involved if Provincial Govt. do its job in maintaining order)

It is all about dealing with terrorists at the end! Get rid of them and you wont find Baluchistan as no go. In fact, it even currently is not a no go area. Much of it is work of fiction. Many of my family members have been traveling to Baluchistan regularly for business reason, no issues! Saying Baluchistan is a no go area is like saying KPK is a no go area because you cannot really go deep into Kohistan region without knowing the right people (locals). The problem is isolated in pockets and that is only because of terrorists.
