These satellites are not geo stationary but move around in LEO and only available for a certain amount of time over designated area.

What about Balakot terrorist camp, they had the pin point location which their jets locked on and then destroyed the terrorist camp to dust killing 350+ terrorists. Where are the satellite pictures of that terrorist camp or compound etc along with super high resolution images of 350+ terrorist dead bodies lying in open space?

The SUPARCO pavilion at IDEAS had a display of images from the PRSS-1 and PakTES-1A design and manufacturing phase as well as the imagery that these satellites had taken. It was of reasonable quality - better than I had ever imagined. Among the 'featured' images were North Nazimabad - Karachi, Gwadar and Mumbai Harbor - from what I remember. I don't think I took pictures of any of this because at that very moment a SUPARCO rep had arrived in the vicinity.

Cartosat-3 has a resolution of 25 cm (10").[7] It uses 1.2 m optics.

You have to compare 1m to 25cm here. We are comparing resolutions.

Pakistanis are pathetic when it comes to design aesthetics and presentation of data/information.
Also, we might be able to download the satellite's imagery if we have its downlink frequency. But that would require a proper SDR receiver setup (e.g. Ettus N210), antennas and some amount of coding (Python or C++). But it can be done.
