Badr is a term for full moon, it doesn't refer to moon in general. Chand is a proper Urdu content word - Chand, Qamar and Mahtab are synonymous to each other.

As a Pakistani I like to apologize to my Bangladesh brothers and sisters for irresponsible behavior of Rameez Raja during Bangladesh and Afghanistan Cricket World Cup match. Here I also like to point out that Rameez Raja doesn't hold very good opinion even in Pakistan and has an image of being a money minded glamour loving person who will give more importance to Indian Premier League rather then serving interests of his own country. You are talking about name Rahman(In pakistan almost every body writes and speaks it as Rehman).
