Dual National should renounce thier 2nd Nationality before contesting elections.
However utilising thier expertise as "Special Assitants" should not be an issue.

I can understand where you are coming from however Constitution is there to be changed as per the need and changing environment.
If its chnaged as per the agreed proceedures than I dont think there shoudl be an issue.
