Proper Age for marriage in Pakistan

Since we belong to a strict religion Islam which states to marry if u can afford or else preserve yourself. And since our nation has always had a sick society which considers even a 25 aged men as a child and inappropriate to marry and also we have double standards for men and women and a 20+ men is considered child and also western culture influence on many parents minds so many nowadays go for pre-marital relations including both men and women and the numbers are rising dramatically. What are your opinions on how to overcome this sickness of society in a way that we can keep our religious values safe as well as can continue education as well as earn and marry at same time if needed ?

Problem of big city is that imminent in laws are totally strange to each others... so they insist on knowing each other by allowed/arranged dating.

Family issues or financial issues as well as individual circumstance ..These all things affects the decision..I know some of cousin get married in early 20's while some in 30's ...I think once should get married at the age of 26 but then again it depends on circumstances...What should i say more when i am not married myself..

The issue is that IF one gets married at an early age then what is his financial standing? Is he financially strong enough to support his new wife and subsequent kids? Or will his parents be doing that?

Today's expenses are not just simply roti and kapra, they are more financially complex than that, hence why men get married at a later age when they are financially settled.

Yes, that's the main issue and with urbanization in cities it is becoming more difficult ..No person will marry his daughter to someone who is just graduated at the age of 22 or 23 with no suitable job and good earning..And these two things consume time .It's not just about marrying its giving a quality of life to wife and kids with better education and place to live
Only laila majnu at university level can marry at 22 or 23 year of age..

Depends on your maturity level.
Biologically 20...but logically not before you finish your studies and start earning.
But pls dont delay it beyond late 20s or you would have wasted the best part of your life working for a company.

Pakistan needs to bring back the trend of early marriages I mean 18 to 22. Specially those rich parents who can afford it should go for it as soon as possible and society as a whole should make it easier for others to do it soon also. Delaying marriages is resulting in devastating effects on our society.
