I am also from Delhi and I take weed too some time but things are same in Mumbai and other Metropolitan cities. Most of the rich or poor fellows including people working in IT/Banking sector does that.

Yes man actually you will be surprised than now I am in mumbai and situation here is even more pathetic here.
Actually every country has its share of spoiled brats it increases as your countries economic front increases because that leads to increase in PPP so the following generations have family have everything on their platter because of high economic income or situation of a family.

Not really. Spoiled brats are a product of bad parenting. They were there during our Nehruvian times. They are here now. They will be there in the future. Spoiled folks are spoiled because they are... just spoiled with abundance of money or love or attention or a combination of some to all.
