Prime suspect in Kanpur train derailment, arrested in Nepal

. . .
No. It means he is scoring political points.
The rest, you can believe whatever you want.

He is making political statement. He does not need to mention this to score political points and he is not a man to make loose statements.

The PMO office is the final end point for all intelligence inputs.

.
Why would ISI derail a train? Makes no statement whatsoever.
do you want me to list out the perks of destabilizing a enemies infrastructure and society or something? the answer should be obvious

No. It means he is scoring political points.
The rest, you can believe whatever you want.
that's a idiotic statement, if he was trying to score political points he would have blamed the local state government( Samajwadi Party) not ISI. our intelligence network in Nepal is very credible , they wouldn't have helped the Nepali government if they didn't think a foreign power was influencing them.

As i said, believe whatever rocks your boat.

New Delhi: The suspicion over sabotage as a possible reason for the spate of recent train derailments has gained currency with Prime Minister Narendra Modi stating the Kanpur train accident was a "conspiracy".

Amid a growing number of derailments, railways has earlier cited "outside interference" as the possible reason in more than 40 such cases in the recent past.

Suspecting the possibility of sabotage in the recent spate of train derailments, Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu has written last month to Home Minister Rajnath Singh seeking a detailed probe by the National Investigating Agency into the incidents.

On November 20, 2016, 14 coaches of the Indore-Patna Express derailed near Kanpur claiming 150 lives and more than 100 injuries. It was the deadliest train accident in the country since 1999, when the Gaisal train disaster claimed 290 lives.

"The Kanpur rail accident, in which hundreds of people were killed was a conspiracy and the conspirators carried it out sitting across the border... Gonda is adjoining Nepal," Modi said in an election rally at Gonda yesterday.

Nepalese national Shamshul Hoda, an alleged ISI agent and the prime suspect in the Kanpur train tragedy, was arrested on February 7 in Kathmandu after he was deported from Dubai, the Nepal police had said.

After the November accident, at least 62 passengers were injured on December 28 when 15 coaches of the Sealdah-Ajmer Express derailed while the train was crossing a bridge near the Rura railway station in Kanpur rural district.

Citing some recent incidents, Railway Ministry sources said "outside interference was found" in some cases near Kanpur, Mumbai, Hajipur and other areas where fish plates were removed and a large rail piece was placed on the track.

While inquiry under the Railway Safety Commissioner is underway in these cases, other agencies are also looking into these.

Besides, disruptions due to derailments, agitations and other operational reasons like adverse weather conditions have cost railways about Rs 800 crore.

"We lost about Rs 700 crore in the freight sector alone due to disruptions. In the passenger segment, the loss is about Rs 100 crore as the punctuality of about 3,500 trains was affected," Railway Board Member (Traffic) Mohd Jamshed has said.

Jamshed also highlighted concerted efforts being made by railways to make train operations more safe.

"Gangmen and RPF personnel will now jointly carry out night patrolling. Railway officials are asked to be present in each train to examine and ensure safety of passengers and train movement," he said.

If PM Modi has mentioned it in his speech, then that means there is sufficient proof of ISI involvement.

the perpetrators carried it out "sitting across the border" in Nepal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said.

No proof of sabotage in Kanpur derailment, says panel

THE HINDU
Preliminary findings rule out subversive act in Kanpur, says Railway Commission
The Commission of Railway Safety (CRS) has not found any evidence of sabotage in the November 20 derailment of the Indore-Rajendranagar Express.
The Commission has identified ‘carriage and wagon defects’ as the prime reason for the accident, which resulted in the most number of casualties in a train accident in over a decade. Over 140 people died in the accident. The Ministry of Home Affairs had asked the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to probe the accident.
Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu had written to Home Minister Rajnath Singh about the possibility of sabotage in six train accidents, including the derailment of the Patna-bound Indore-Rajendranagar Express near Kanpur on November 20.
While the Bihar Police claimed to have arrested a few people who could have been linked to the possible sabotage of the Indore-Rajendranagar Express, Uttar Pradesh Director General of Police Javeed Ahmed told The Hindu earlier this week that there was no evidence on the ground to corroborate the sabotage charge.
The Commissioner of Railway Safety (Eastern Circle) P.K. Acharya has submitted the preliminary report on the accident to Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety S. Nayak. The CRS is under the administrative control of the Civil Aviation Ministry.
“The report holds overaged coaches, carriage and wagon defects, and wheel alignment issues, as the primary reason behind the derailment. The report, however, does not suspect sabotage,” a CRS official said on condition of anonymity.
In his letter, Mr. Prabhu had told the Home Minister that the Bihar police had “unearthed a conspiracy to train some persons to tamper with the track to cause derailments and [their] possible involvement” in the Kanpur accident in November.
The Bihar police had arrested Moti Paswan, Uma Shankar and Mukesh Yadav for allegedly planting a powerful Improved Explosive Device (IED) on a track in Ghorasahan in East Champaran district on October 1.
The police said Paswan had claimed that Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence was involved in the Kanpur rail accident.
But what the Hindu terrorist Modi is saying now? Every one was surprised when Modi accused Pakistan a couple of days ago for the deadly train accident in Kanpur. It is not clear if Pakistan was involved or not in that incident in any way, but what is amply clear is the fact that train derailment and firing accidents in Pakistan have almost stopped since then. Even if Modi has some substance in his claim, we now know how to deal with unabated Indian terrorism in Pakistan. You probably understood correctly! If their ministers, army chiefs, NSA are openly saying that India is using terrorism to bleed Pakistan, what is wrong if we actually spin action in India too. We need to return their favors in the same coin. That's the only way to stop these filthy Hindus from using terrorism in Pakistan as their state policy. These idiot Indians might be dreaming of fomenting insurgency and using terrorism to bleed/break Pakistan and/or turning the CPEC into a failed project. We need to use many existing insurgencies in India (and I am not talking of occupied J&K - that is not insurgency rather - that is a struggle againsyt illegal Indian occupation). ISI needs to pull up the complete game plans and clean them up to get a start with them. Those plans were prepared and saved during the time of Zia-ul-Haq and Akhtar Abdurrahman. We need to use those plans to bring terrorist Indians to their knees.

There are other ways to deal with such people.

Well same rhetoric can be said against India and Modi but what's the use of it..By running away from argument won't do much for you ..So Stand your ground now .. Tell me If you have evidence against Pakistan and it's state or even boogey man hafiz saeed, then why not public it..:azn:.. Only answer that comes to mind is "you don't have any"
