As far as i know that it is a protocol in diplomacy 2 have time scheduled 4 each n everything then how could he turn down? If it was an abrupt/sudden call then even courtesy should have been shown 2 the caller n if it wasn't then how could he turn down that?

Wouldn't such a call be scheduled? And if so, why wasn't time better managed to make sure he speak to the leader of a major economy / weapons supplier?

I'd prefer if he gives priority to talking to the president of France for a few minutes than to make him wait so he can rather talk to our local d'ckheaded journalists.

Then i guess, imagine, Pak pm calling Us president n he says 2 his Chamca "attend the call n tell him Mr President is in washroom". He calls again this time he attends n say " he is wd his wife". He calls 3rd time n the answer he gets " mr Pm u don't let our president do even bathroom".
