Its not that he has to say No but look it this way....our relations are at a low point and in the States there are examples of the Chinese manipulatiing the democratic system by pumping money into the system and showering politicans with "gifts" to gather support. We need to be more vigilant. UPA being a political party that the Chinese don;t really like means it has the potential to be very good for India. I compare this to Chavez inviting politicos from the US to come to Venezuala. Before you state how China is very powerful and how we cannot ignore......well Venezula supplies a lot of OIL TO THE US.
