It is not a matter of caring. It is a matter of who has legal jurisdiction where a case for unfair dismissal might be made.

Dubai would only react if they have serious issues, since Mr. Arjumand was not part of FedEx they wont be bothered.Gerrys is not a small organization the visa services alone made them a giant within Pakistan.
